Pakhala
Pakhala is a Indian dish. Which is mostly eaten by the people of Odisha. It is basically fermented rice which was stored from previous night and eaten in next day. It is rich in vitamins and carbohydrates. It is one of the most refreshing food in the world. In summer season this food is a lifeline for Odisha people as it cools their belly after eating. Even the liquid known as Torani is super delicious to drink, it is a all weather food but accurately suitable for summer.
